More Hokusai
So I appropriated some of Hokusai's sketches of foxes at play as an exercise.I wanted to kind of high light the construction of the subject matter, taking rough directional gestures (in red color erase pencil) and then slowly adding layers of detail in pen and ending with using a blending marker to shade in the darker areas.Over all I had fun doing this.I try to stay busy even if I don't have the time to sit down to do an even more involved project.-Murray

This is SUCH a great movie.A must for any classic Japanese Movie fan.As an artist and a tattooer I find it very inspirational on that level as well.-Murray
Eric Doyle Jinx proof Flash!
Today I Got six of the NICEST flash sheet prints I think I've ever gotten from Eric Doyle at Jinx Proof tattoo in Washington DC. I had the tiger and snake sheet but now I have all eight together! Its going to look epic on the wall at the shop. Thanks buddy!

Repainted some old Houksai drawings.
Practicing by repainting hokusai is essential I feel. I gave it a twist by using UV responsive ink to give it the "funhouse feel".
